  1. 2 tb Brown sugar

  2. 2 tb Red wine vinegar

  3. 1 c Ketchup

  4. 1/2 To 1 teaspoon Chinese hot -mustard

  5. 1 lg Garlic clove, minced

  6. 1 tb Soy sauce

  7. 1 To 3 teaspoons Asian chile -paste with garlic

  1. + Directions : Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chile paste. Makes 1 1/4 cups. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling. Posted by Stephen Ceideburg
