  1. Home Made Pasta 2 cups general purpose white flour

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 1 tbsp olive oil

  4. 4 tbsp water

  5. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until mixture

  6. starts to form a ball. You may want to start with a little less

  7. water depending on the size of your eggs and moistness of your

  8. flour. Wrap ball in plastic wrap and let rest for about an hour.

  9. Then make your pasta using your pasta machine or rolling out.

  10. I saw this on a cooking show on TV and it's now my favourite recipe

  11. for making noodles. The food processor does all the hard work of

  12. kneading the dough for you. I usually dry my strips from the pasta

  13. machine a little before cutting them into noodles. They seem to

  14. separate better that way. I then put meal size quantities in zip

  15. lock bags and freeze. This saves hanging them up to dry.
