  1. 1 c Onion, chopped

  2. 1 Garlic clove, minced -(or more to taste)

  3. 2 tb Oil or butter

  4. 1/2 c Tomato sauce

  5. 1/4 c Raisins

  6. 1/4 c Peanut butter, smooth

  7. 2 ts Sugar

  8. 1 ts Chili powder (or more, -to taste; get the -freshest ground chili -you can)

  9. 1/4 ts Cinnamon, ground

  10. 1/8 ts Cloves, ground

  11. 1/2 oz Chocolate, unsweetened

  12. 1 1/2 c Chicken broth, weak

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil or butter until tender but not brown. Combine this with remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Return to saucepan and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Roast some chicken or duck according to your favorite recipe.
