  1. For vegetable balls

  2. 1 cup (maida+cornflour)

  3. 3-4 cloves of garlic chopped

  4. 1 inch ginger chopped

  5. 100 gms cabbage grated

  6. 2 carrots grated

  7. 1 capsicum chopped

  8. pinch of soda bicarb

  9. 2 tsp salt

  10. 2 tsp ajino moto

  11. 1 tsp soyasauce

  12. Make a tough dough out of the above ingredients, make balls and fry in oil.

  13. For sauce

  14. 6-7 cloves garlic chopped

  15. 2 inch ginger grated

  16. 3-4 green chillies chopped

  17. 1 tbsp soya sauce

  18. 1tsp ajino moto

  19. 1 tsp salt

  20. 1 tbsp cornflour

  21. 2 tbsp oil

  1. Heat oil. Fry ginger, garlic, green chilies for 1 min.

  2. Add 1&1\2 cups of water, ajinomoto, soya sauce & salt.

  3. Cook the water for 3 min.

  4. Add balls & cornflour paste.

  5. Garnish with spring onion leaves Serve immediately
