    1. 1 1/2 c Sugar

    2. 3/4 c Water

    3. 1 tb Light corn syrup

    4. 1 ds Salt

    5. 4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate

    6. 4 tb Butter

    7. 1 ts Vanilla

    8. 232 degrees F.

    9. 110 degrees F.

    10. 0g is softened and of right consistency to spread. Remove from boiling water and spread on cake. If necessary, place over hot water to keep soft while spreading. Makes enough frosting to cover tops and sides of two

    11. 7 1/2x9-inch layers.
