  1. 6 slices bacon, chopped

  2. 1-1/4 cups chopped onion

  3. 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic

  4. 1/3 cup pitted Greek kalamata olives, halved

  5. 5 teaspoons drained capers

  6. 4 anchovy fillets, chopped

  7. 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) Hunt's® Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, undrained

  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  9. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  11. 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

  1. Cook bacon in large saucepan over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Stir in olives, capers and anchovies. Add undrained tomatoes, black pepper, salt and red pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in basil.
