  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Catsup

  6. 1/8 cup 29ml Black pepper

  7. 1/8 cup 29ml Red pepper flakes

  8. 3/4 tablespoon 11ml Red wine vinegar

  9. 1/4 White wine

  10. 3 oz 85g Salt
