  1. 2 Pita breads - (6 inch)

  2. 1 Mushroom pieces - drained (4 oz.)

  3. 1 Red onion - thinly sliced (small)

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped green bell pepper

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dried basil leaves

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Finely shredded mozzarella cheese

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated parmesan cheese

  1. Heat oven to 425F Split each pita bread around edges with knife to make 4 rounds. Place rounds cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheets. Arrange mushrooms on rounds. Top with onion and pepper.

  2. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each round into 8 wedges.
