  1. 4 (4-inch) mini-pie shells (1-cup volume)

  2. 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  7. 2 large eggs

  8. 1 (15-ounce) can LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin

  9. 1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Milk

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into shells.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C); bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. (Do not freeze as this may cause filling to separate from the crust.)
