  1. 24 oz 681g Blackberries (2 bags if frozen)

  2. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Powdered sugar - (sifted)

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Whipping cream

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions Okay, here's my Easy Blackberry Ice Cream (very popular in the Pacific NW since blackberries are everywhere). No eggs, and no cooking. Sorry, not non-fat because there is cream. Puree the blackberries in processor or blender. Strain to remove seeds. Mix all ingredients, pour into ice cream maker, and process according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to separate container and freeze for about 2 hours before serving.
