  1. 1 Chicken breast - skinless, boneless, finely chopped

  2. 5 oz 142g Frozen spinach - finely chopped

  3. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Almonds - finely chopped

  4. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onions - finely chopped

  5. Marinade

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oyster sauce

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ginger root - minced

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Cornstarch

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together in glass bowl. Add the chopped chicken and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

  2. Make dough using the Dim Sum Dumpling Dough (Boiling Water Method) recipe. Or buy dumpling or wan ton skins.

  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each dumpling. Make half-moon or triangle pockets and seal edges with egg wash.

  4. Steam for 10 minutes. The fry lightly in vegetable oil until golden brown on the outside.

  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
