  1. 4 (680 1/38 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 118 1/59 ml water

  3. 236 1/29 ml dry white wine

  4. 396.89 g can diced tomatoes , drained

  5. 118 1/59 ml extra virgin olive oil

  6. 170.09 g can sliced mushrooms

  7. 236 1/29 ml finely chopped white onion

  8. 2.46 ml oregano

  9. 2.46 ml thyme

  10. 2.46 ml rosemary

  11. 2.46 ml basil

  12. 1 bay leaf

  13. 2 clove crushed garlic or 2 clove minced garlic

  14. 453 1/29 g linguine or 453 1/29 g other pastas

  15. salt and pepper

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Combine chicken in large skillet with water, olive oil, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and spices.

  3. Cook until onion is tender.

  4. Add tomatoes, wine, salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 15 minutes while preparing pasta, stirring occasionally.

  6. Drain pasta al dente,place into serving dish and toss with olive oil.

  7. Pour chicken mixture over pasta.

  8. Serve with fresh salad and garlic toast.

  9. I am very generous with my spices when i make this dish and usually add more than the recipe calls for, but it is quite delicious as written.
