  2. 5 eggs

  3. 1 small bott vanilla flavoring

  4. 1 pound crystallized pineapple

  5. 1 cup sugar

  6. 4 cups nuts

  7. 1/2 pound butter

  8. 1 small bott lemon extract

  9. 3/4 pound crystallized cherries

  10. 2 cups flour

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla and lemon extract. Coat fruit and nuts with the 2 cups flour. Thoroughly mix. Then add to the butter, sugar and egg mixture. Cook in 350~F. oven until broom straw test shows cake is done. Will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bake in well greased and floured tube pan.
