  1. For the tart shells: Put all ingredients in a food processor, pulse till combined, cling wrap and keep in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before rolling and making the shells. Bake time is 8-10 minutes in a preheat 200C oven. For the filling: Put onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies in the chopper, chop fine. Heat oil & butter in a wide pan. Put the chopped onion mix and saute for 1 minute. Add fish, salt, pepper and garam masala and mix stirring all the while till well combined. Remove from heat and leave to cool, should keep it covered or it will dry up. Once completely cool, mix 6 T Hollandaise sauce. To assemble. Put the fish mixture in the cool shells, top with a dab of hollandaise sauce, coriander leaves and a piece of tomato...and enjoy! These are available at a local bakery, but very prices. We all love these, so I started making my own. This goes without saying the there were a couple of disasters before perfection was attained. I'd love to enter these in the Movie Night Appetiser Challenge, but can't as I live out of the US.
