  1. 1 Pie shell

  2. 4 Tomatoes - peeled, sliced (large)

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried basil

  4. Salt & pepper to taste

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Partly bake pie shell at 350f. Into partly baked shell, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. In a small bowl combine mayo and cheese. Spread this mixture over tomato. Bake pie at 350f for 30 minutes. Good when served as a side dish or as a light main course with a garden salad.
