  3. 4 cups 250g / 8.8oz Flour

  4. 8 Eggs

  5. 1 Glass grape jelly

  6. 1 cup 237ml Grape juice

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Allspice

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cinnamon

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Nutmeg

  10. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crystallized cherries

  11. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crystallized pineapple

  12. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Mixed fruits

  1. Cream sugar and butter well. Add yolks of eggs, one at a time.

  2. Add spice, add jelly, and add juice.

  3. Add flour plus fruits. Fold in whites of eggs.

  4. Bake in 3 pans 2 hours at 270F.

  5. Decorate with nuts and fruits if desired.
