  1. 1 cup rolled oats

  2. 1/2 apple juice

  3. 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit s of the forest (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries, cranberries are really good)

  4. 1-2 tbsp chopped almond s

  1. Mix all ingredients, except almonds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Serve topped with almonds.

  3. You can add a little less apple juice and a little more yogurt as well but we prefer just the fruity version.

  4. I usually used frozen fruits of the forest and let them defrost with the oats and apple juice over night. Really easy to make the night before for a fab breakfast in the morning.
