Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Mix the Cream Cheese and Ranch Dip Mix until completely mixed up, easier if the cream cheese is room temp.

  2. Chop up your Black Olives, Green Onions, and Ham into fine pieces Spread the Ranch mix evenly over each tortilla, also easier if tortillas are at room temperature.

  3. Evenly spread your chopped pieces, ham, black olives, and green onions, use spoon to smooth over as flat as possible Roll the tortillas up tight and wrap completely in aluminum foil.

  4. Best to let them sit in Refrig for a few hours (easier to cut up without falling apart) This recipe is nice for an appetizer to prepare ahead, then cut up prior to guests arriving.

  5. Cut roll about every 1/2'' - 1'', creating your ''pinwheel'' pieces. Display and serve!
