  1. 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces

  2. 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

  5. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  7. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  8. 6 (1.6-ounce) light wheat hamburger buns, toasted

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 55 minutes. Remove from heat. Remove pork from sauce; shred pork. Return pork to sauce.

  2. Place about 1/3 cup pork mixture on bottom half of each bun; top with top halves of buns.
