  1. 2 pounds ground beef

  5. 1/3 cup chopped celery

  6. 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root

  7. 1 egg, beaten

  8. 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce, divided

  9. 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce. Press mixture firmly into 9-inch round microwave-safe cake pan. Microwave on Medium-high (70%)

  10. 20 minutes, rotating pan once. Brush top of meat mixture with remaining

  11. 1 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce; microwave on Medium-high (70%)

  12. 8 minutes longer. Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before cutting into serving portions.
