    1. 3 1/4 Oz. grated Sharp Cheese

    2. 1 1/2 Oz. Butter or Margarine

    3. 6 1/2 TBSP. Flour Dash Salt

    4. 3/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

    5. 3 Drops Tabasco

    6. 5 TBSP. Finely Chopped Pecans

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Preparation : Cream Butter and Cheese, add ingredients, mix well. Form long roll, wrap in Wax Paper. Chill 3-4 hours. Slice into 1/8" thick crackers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees regular or 325 degrees convection oven. NOTE: These do not brown.
