  1. 1 1/2 pounds Zucchini, in

  2. 1/2" pieces

  3. 1 Garlic cloved, minced

  4. teaspoon Dried basil

  5. 1 large Can crushed tomatoes

  6. cup Olive oil

  7. 1 medium Onion, chopped

  8. 2 cups Water

  9. pounds Vermicelli, broken in pieces

  10. Salt/pepper

  1. saute onion and garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Add zucchini and basil and cook ten minutes. Add vermicelli and cook on low heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
