  1. 2/3 cup quinoa flour

  2. 1/3 cup potato starch flour

  3. 1/3 cup tapioca flour

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, optional

  6. 2 Tbsps. water, as needed

  1. Prepare dough according to your machine’s directions. To cook, add slowly to a large pot of boiling water. Cook 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until al dente.
