Tangy Grilled Sirloin

    1. 1 steak -- sirloin boneless **MARINADE**

    2. 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    3. 3/4 cup ketchup

    4. 1 medium onion -- chopped

    5. 1/4 cup water

    6. 1/4 cup butter or margarine

    7. 1 tablespoon vinegar

    8. 1 teaspoon pepper -- lemon

    9. 1 teaspoon mustard -- dry

    10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -- cayenne

    11. 3 drops hot pepper sauce

    1. : Combine all ingredients except steak in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Prepare grill. Place steak on grill rack over medium coals. Grill steak 16-20 minutes for rare to med, turning once. Brush cooked side frequently with sauce. Carve steak into thin slices and serve with remaining sauce.
