  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Apple cider

  2. 1 cup 237ml White vinegar

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Mixed pickling spice

  5. 1 Garlic - peeled

  6. 1/2 Sliced 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Mustard seed

  1. Heat mixture to near boiling and simmer for five minutes.

  2. Pour solution over hard-cooked peeled eggs in a quart jar or other suitable container that can be closed or sealed tightly.

  3. Seal and immediately store in refrigerator to season.
