  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 egg , lightly beaten

  7. 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk

  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  9. 1/2 cup melted butter , cooled

  10. 1 banana s, mashed

  11. 1/2 banana , chopped

  12. 1/2 cup granola

  13. 1/2 cup chopped walnut s

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl. Add the melted butter and blend. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Now add to the flour/butter mixture. Fold in chopped walnuts. Scoop into the prepared muffin cups. Bake 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
