  3. 1 1/2 cups mushrooms -- sliced

  4. 1 cup onions -- chopped

  5. 1 stalk celery -- chopped

  6. 2 pieces chicken bouillon cubes

  7. 1 cup boiling water

  8. 8 cups white bread crumbs

  9. 3/4 teaspoon sage

  10. 3/4 teaspoon thyme

  11. 1 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/2 teaspoon parsley

  13. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  14. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and celery. Cook until all is tender. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add to bread crumbs. Then, add mushrooms, onions, celery, sage, thyme, salt, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  3. Place entire mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
