  1. 100 gms boiled pasta

  2. 1 tsp butter

  3. 1 capsicum, red capsicum and yellow capsicum

  4. 4 medium sized mushrooms (khumb)

  5. 2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce

  6. 1/2 tsp (each) thyme and basil

  7. 1/2 cup grated processed cheese

  8. 1/2 cup thin nylon sev

  9. 2 tsp chaat masala

  10. 2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder

  11. 1 tsp chilli powder

  12. bread cut in roundles 8 in nos

  13. finely chopped coriander (dhania)

  1. Boil pasta asusual,drain and keep aside Heat butter in a pan add to it all three capsicum Add to it sliced mushrooms and saute well.

  2. Now add tomatochilli sauce,thyme,basil and mix well .do all this on a high flame.

  3. Now add salt to taste and a pinch of sugar.

  4. Mix well and then remove from fire.

  5. Toast bread roundles till crisp.

  6. Arrange the pasta mixture over the bread roundles.

  7. Put grated cheese over it.

  8. Sprinkle over it chaat masala,roasted cumin seed powder and paprika powder.

  9. Then do a generous sprinkling of sev over it and then of finely chopped green corriander.
