  8. 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  9. 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Combine spices.

  2. Rub spices on pork steak and let sit in refrigerator overnight.

  3. Grill pork over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning.

  4. Remove steaks when internal temperature reaches 155F.
