  17. Cream Ingredients:

  18. Sweetened whipped cream, if desired

  19. 400 F. Combine all filling ingredients in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (10 to 12 minutes). Continue boiling

  20. 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Set aside.

  22. 8 equal portions of topping onto hot filling. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly around edges. Cool
