  1. 2 cups self-rising flour

  2. 2 beaten egg s water Broth:

  3. 1 whole chicken water Cook chicken until done in water to make a broth. Cover and set in refriegerator overnight. Remove the fat from the chicken broth and heat broth until broth boils turning down some to a simmer.

  1. Mix the flour and eggs together and add 2 half egg shells of water making a dough. Roll dough out very very thin. Roll dough up into a roll and slice dough into thin strips. Be sure to coat good in flour. Lay dough out on a towel and cover with another towel and let sit for ½ hour. Drop into hot chicken broth.
