  1. 1 lb spaghetti

  2. 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  3. 1 medium chopped onion

  4. 1 lb diced pancetta

  5. 1 lb fresh ripe plum tomatoes, roughly chopped

  6. 1 cup grated Pecorino cheese

  7. 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram

  8. 1 tablespoon parsley salt pepper

  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, in medium skillet, sauté onion over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add pancetta; continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Stir in cheese and add marjoram.
