  1. 2 Eggs, beaten 

  2. 1/8 ts Cinnamon

  3. 1/3 c Nonfat milk 

  4. 10 Slices French bread, cut 1 ts Vanilla -into 3/4-inch thick rounds

  5. 1 ts Sugar

  1. In a shallow dish, combine eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon. Dip bread slices into milk mixture, coating both sides. Allow excess to drain. Place slices on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400 degree F. oven for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Makes 10 baguette slices, 5 servings of 2 slices each. Nutritional information per serving: calories - 110, protein - 5 gm., fat - 3 gm., carbohydrates - 14 gm., cholesterol - 110 mg., fiber - 0, sodium - 174 mg., potassium - 76 mg.
