  2. 1/3 cup light corn syrup

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1/2 cup milk

  5. 2 tsp. finely grated lime peel

  6. 1/4 cup key lime juice

  7. 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened, diced

  8. one 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust

  9. whipped cream

  1. Combine corn syrup, sugar, milk, lime peel and key lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Gradually blend in the cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Cover and freeze pie 6 to 8 hours. Serve with dollops of whipped cream.
