  1. 1/2 cup tahini

  2. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  3. 1/4 cup water

  4. 1/4 tsp ground cumin seeds

  5. 2 cloves garlic minced

  6. sea salt or soy sauce

  7. 2 cups chicken ( cooked )

  8. 1 cup cucumber

  9. 1 cup tomato

  10. 1/4 cup parsley

  11. 2 cups cauliflower

  12. 4-6 cups brown rice cooked

  1. Mix Tahini ,lemon juice and water in a bowl

  2. add Garlic and Cumin

  3. add Chicken,Cucumber,Tomato,Parsley and Cauliflower

  4. Add Tahini sauce into Chicken Veggie

  5. Place Salad on top of Brown rice and serve

  6. (optional add Avocado)
