  1. Curried Chicken Salad

  2. 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt

  3. 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

  4. 1 tsp. curry powder

  5. 1/8 tsp. cayenne

  6. 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

  7. 2 tsp. lemon juice

  8. 2 tbsp. chutney

  9. 3-1/2 cups cold cooked chicken breast, cut into 1/2" chunks

  10. 2/3 cup celery, thinly sliced

  11. 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  12. 1 small apple, diced

  13. Stir together yogurt, garlic salt, curry powder, cayenne, mustard,

  14. lemon juice and chutney. Add chicken, celery, onions and apple.

  15. Stir to blend. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.

  16. Makes 4-1/2 cups. For sandwiches, serve on baguettes, pita, or your favorite bread.
