  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated Parmesan cheese

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chive-and-onion cream cheese

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Skim milk

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Drained diced pimento

  7. 2/3 cup 106g / 3.7oz Uncooked orzo - (rice-shaped pasta)

  8. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Sliced green onions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in pimento.

  2. Cook orzo in boiling water 8 minutes. Add green onions, and cook an additional 2 minutes; drain well. Add to cream cheese mixture; stir well.
