  1. 12 Canning tomatoes

  2. 1 c Chopped green chili

  3. 1 ts Cumino

  4. 1 Sm onion

  5. 1 ts Salt

  6. 1 ts Oregano

  1. Dip tomatoes in boiling water, peel and chop.

  2. Chop small onions.

  3. Put tomato, onion and chili in 6 quart pan.

  4. Add seasonings and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

  5. Put in canning jars.

  6. Bath in hot water bath for 30 min.
