  1. Marinade:

  2. 1 cup soy sauce

  3. 1/4 cup honey

  4. 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 tsp. minced garlic

  6. 1 tsp. ground ginger

  7. 1 cup water

  8. Fajitas:

  9. 906 g sirloin or flank steak

  10. 1 red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and sliced into thin strips

  11. 1 green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and sliced into thin strips

  12. 1 large onion, peeled and thinly sliced

  13. warm flour tortillas

  1. For Marinade:

  2. Stir together soy sauce, honey, worcestershire, garlic, ginger and water in a large bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup.

  3. For Fajitas:

  4. Combine steak with prepared marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain meat and slice into thin strips. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until meat is cooked through, adding reserved 1/4 cup marinade as needed to prevent sticking. Serve with warmed flour tortillas.
