  1. 14 oz 397g Crushed tomatoes

  2. 1 oz 28g Onion - (minced) (small)

  3. 1/8 cup 29ml Honey

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Molasses

  5. 1/8 cup 29ml Cider vinegar - (amber)

  6. 1 cup 237ml Ketchup

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced garlic

  8. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Frank's Louisiana hot sauce

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder

  12. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Powdered mustard

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  1. This is a sauce that I use on pulled pork, my wife really likes it and thinks that it might be good on ribs. Another suggestions would be to get a prepared sauce and add what you think is missing (I like to add jalapenos) or, we just had some Taco bell salsa, I'd bet with a bit of molasses or honey, some salt and some jalapenos that that would make for a tasty sauce. Personally though, I wouldn't waste good BBQ on the Vikings.

  2. Bring to boil, than simmer 1 hour. Refrigerate until used. I heat it up before I mix it into the pork.
