  1. 1 1/2 cups 297g / 10oz Sugar

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dry mustard

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Vinegar

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Onion juice

  5. 2 cups 474ml Oil

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Poppy seeds

  1. Combine sugar, mustard, vinegar and onion juice.

  2. Gradually add oil and beat until smooth.

  3. Add poppy seeds and blend well.

  4. Chill , covered, in refrigerator.

  5. Makes about 1 quart.
