  13. 1 ts Black pepper

  14. 3 tb Soy sauce

  15. 1 tb Cooking oil

  16. 1 tb Vinegar

  17. Mix together all the ingredients. A food

  18. processor fitted with a

  19. steel blade is ideal for chopping and grinding.

  20. This will provide an

  21. excellent marinade for chicken, beef, or pork.

  22. Store leftover

  23. marinade in the refrigerator in a tightly closed

  24. jar for about 1
