  2. 1 cup oatmeal -- uncooked

  3. 1 cup Quaker 100% Natural Cereal -- crushed to

  4. 3/4cup

  5. 1/3 cup butter or margarine -- melted

  6. 1/4 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed

  7. 16 ounces cream cheese -- softened

  8. 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  10. 2 eggs

  11. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips -- melted

  12. 1/4 cup whipping cream

  13. 21 ounces cherry pie filling

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 9" springform pan. Combine first fouringredients. Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Bake 15 min. Cool.

  2. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla at med speed of electricmixer until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

  3. Stir in chocolate and cream. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour or untilcenter is almost set. Cool completely; remove rim. Chill. Spread piefilling over top. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
