  1. Dried apples and applesauce combine to make this a healthful cake-like bar.

  2. If time is short, simply sprinkle with powdered sugar instead of glazing.

  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. In small bowl, combine dried apples and boiling water; set aside. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In small bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, wholewheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Set aside.
