  1. Peppermint Cheesecake

  2. 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs

  3. 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

  4. 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

  5. 1/4 cup cold water

  6. 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  7. 1/2 cup sugar

  8. 1/2 cup milk

  9. 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies

  10. 1 cup whipping cream

  11. 2 1.65-ounce chocolate candy bars, finely chopped Heat oven to

  12. Mix crumbs and butter and press into bottom of a 9-inch springform

  13. pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.

  14. Soften gelatin in water. Stir over medium heat until dissolved.

  15. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Gradually add

  16. gelatin, milk, and peppermint candy. Refrigerate until slightly

  17. thickened.

  18. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate. Pour over crust. Refrigerate

  19. until firm.

  20. Garnish with more whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy.
