  1. 1 large cucumber , thinly sliced half moons

  2. 1/2 med onion , thinly sliced half moons

  3. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (unrefined)

  4. 1/2 cup water

  5. 2 tablespoons honey

  6. cayenne , a pinch, optional

  7. salt , to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Leave out for a couple hours to marinate.

  3. Refrigerate and enjoy!
