  1. 1 Chocolate or yellow cake mix Filling

  2. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - softened

  3. 1 Egg - lightly beaten

  4. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Sugar

  5. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix cake according to pkg. directions. Spoon batter into 24 greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling two-thirds full. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Fold in the chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls into batter. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until cupcakes test done.
