  1. 2 cups flour

  2. 1 tsp salt

  3. 2 Tbs sugar

  4. 1/2 stick melted butter

  5. 1/3 cup water

  6. 1 egg

  1. Mix thoroughly,knead briefly and let rest 15 min.Roll out thin , cut in 3½ inch diameter circles. Grandma left out the filling ,I think she used what ever fruit filling she had at the time and cooked them like her cheese pierogi.
