  7. 4 large green or red bell peppers I Tablespoon corn

  8. 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped

  9. 1 clove garlic,

  10. 1/2 cup cream-style corn

  11. 1/2 cup corn kernels

  12. 1/2 cup dry corn bread or corn tortillas, crumbled

  13. cup freshly-minced parsley I Tablespoon red chili

  14. powder Salt or salt substitute, to taste Pepper,

  15. freshly cracked, to taste 2 cups vegetable broth

  16. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  17. Fill a large kettle to at least half full and bring water to rolling boil. Slice off a top 'lid'

  18. from each pepper and scrape insides clean. Plunge

  19. shells into water, parboil for 2 minutes, remove from

  20. wciter with care, invert on towels, and drain.

  21. In a skillet, saut6 onions and garlic until soft.

  22. Cool slightly and combine with all other stuffing

  24. and set in baking pan. Bake about 40 minutes covered
