  2. 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  3. 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  4. 1/2 cup butter -- (1 stick) room

  6. 1/2 cup sugar

  7. 1/2 cup peanuts (divided)

  8. Peanut filling:

  9. 4 ounces cream cheese -- room temperature

  10. 1 cup peanut butter

  11. 1 cup powdered sugar

  12. Liquid egg substitute equal to 1 egg

  13. 1 1/2 cups whipping cream -- whipped

  1. Bake pie crust according to directions; set aside.

  2. Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler or in microwave-safecontainer in microwave oven;

  3. set aside.

  4. Meanwhile, combine butter and sugar in large mixing bowl; beat untilsmooth. Add egg substituteand beat 2 to 3 minutes until blended. Stir in melted chocolate and blenduntil smooth to makechocolate filling. Spread 2/3 of the chocolate mixture over baked crust;

  5. reserve remainder.

  6. Sprinkle half of peanuts over chocolate in crust.

  7. Prepare peanut filling; spread over chocolate and peanuts.

  8. Spread remaining chocolate mixture over center of pie, leaving somepeanut filling exposed atedges. Sprinkle exposed peanut filling with remaining peanuts.

  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  10. Peanut filling:

  11. Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and egg substitute inlarge mixing bowl.

  12. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped cream just untilblended. Makes 5 cups.
